INFRARED SAUNA

The ultimate detoxifying experience.

Perfect for those on a cleanse or looking to rid the body of toxins.

In comparison to more conventional saunas, infrared saunas are thought to be seven times more effective when it comes to detoxifying heavy metals. Other benefits include: Lower blood pressure, weight management, pain reduction and smoother skin. Infrared rays can penetrate up to two-inches into the body and encourage blood circulation while kicking the immune system into action. While giving the circulatory system a work out, the body is also allowed to sweat out toxins through the pores in the skin.

Our Prema personal infrared saunas are meant for individual use therefore you have your own private room.  However, couples are welcome to detox together as the saunas can fit up to two people. You will be encouraged to completely disrobe to experience full comfort and relaxation. Towels, robes, slippers and are showers are available and you are welcome to sit in our zen relaxation room following your session.

The recommended time for detoxification is a minimum of 30 minutes with a maximum of 60 minutes. To warm up the body before a massage treatment, 15 minutes is a great start.
